Processing Time
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
Shipping Time
After processing, delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances outside The Rise Closet’s control.
Shipping Area and Rates
The Rise Closet currently ships within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated through Shopify during checkout based on the order and delivery destination.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is included when available and will be sent using the email address or phone number provided with your order.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact The Rise Closet immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been processed or shipped.
Carrier Responsibility
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and carrier handling are outside The Rise Closet’s direct control. Please use your tracking information and contact the carrier regarding delivery delays or delivery scans.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available only when the option is enabled for an order. Customers must wait for an order-ready notification before scheduling pickup. For safety and privacy, pickup locations and instructions are provided privately.
